OEM
1. We offer free silk print of your logo for MOQ 100pcs each model.
2. We could provide the custom Color box ,User Manual， each type MOQ is 1000 pcs.
3. You can offer your model numbers we put on the stickers of the products, boxes, manuals for free.

MOQ
1. For the first order, we have no limit for the quantity. 
2. From the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs for each model.

Warranty

1. We provide one year warranty for our products we can offer 1% spare part for each order.Any product proves defective under normal usage, we will repair or replace it by free of Charge.

2 .Our detective rate is less than 1%, and we can offer 1% spare part for each order.

1. If you could repair the products by yourself, we will supply the spare parts. 

2. If you couldn't repair the products, the products will need to be shipped back to us, and we repair and afford 50% freight charge. All of our products are 100% passed strictly quality inspection before delivery.

Shipment
1. By DHL, UPS,TNT or FedEx
2. By our forwarding agent (by air or by sea)
3. By your own forwarding agent
4. By domestic forwarding agents to any city in China.

Leadtime
1. Sample orders will be delivered from our factory within 3-5 working days.
2. General orders will be delivered from our factory within 6-9 working days.
3. Big orders will be delivered from our factory within 15-20 working days 

Payment Terms: 
T/T bank, Western Union and, Paypal
1. Under T/T, there will be USD25.00 bank charge for a order below USD1000
2. we accept 30% deposit to start production, and 70% balance payment before ship.
3. Under Paypal, there will be 5% Paypal fee. And if order amount more than 1500USD, we don’t accept Paypal Hope you understand
