FAQ

1.Does this camera support Onvif and can work with NVR ?

Please note This camera not support Onvif and cannot work with any NVR/ Video Recorders.

2.What should I do if forget device password ?

Restore factory setting, reconnect and set new password.
Note: The access password involves privacy and security please treat it with caution.

3.Does it support 5G band routers ?
If 5G band and 2.4G band of your router are the same SSID you can connect directly. If 5G band and 2.4G band are not the same SSID(2SSIDs,5G band is XXXXX-5G, 2.4G band is XXXXX-2.4G),Please connect WIFl of phone to 2.4G SSID(XXX-2.4G) of router ,then configure camera

4.What should I do if can't connect to camera or abnormal offline in use ?
1.Check if the router network is normal.
2. Unplug the power cord and then plug it in to restartthe camera.
3. Restore factory setting(Press and hold the reset button for 6 seconds until you hear "Restoring to factory settings, do not power off" and release it)follow instructions to re-add device

Warm Tips:
1.Please modify the user name and password when the product start up in order to protect the privacy.
2."Wireless”means that you can connect the camera to Wi-Fi network. Camera comes with a power cord that needs to be plugged in to use.
3.Don't use extension cables of other brands between the camera and the adapter,as this can cause malfunction and damage.
4.Supports up to 128GB FAT32 format Micro SD card.(not  included)
